about: This is the debut album from the JPQ. Josh had been in the band for about a year, and when it came time to record, he suggested that I hire Evan and D'Vonne to help us realize the CD. Josh had played with both and knew that they could come in and help us make a great record.

We hadn't even played a show together when we hit the studio. We had 2 rehearsals and hit "record". Being the pro's that they are, all three did a great job on a few of my originals and tunes from Josh, Miles Davis and Blue Mitchell.
